[CrackBerry Question]

Hi everyone,
I need some guidance here before I send my BB Classic to service center.

Here is the problem:
My BB Classic SQC100-1 was running okay before I do OTA update to 10.3.1.1565 (OS version 10.3.1.2243, Radio version 10.3.1.2244). The problem is my BBM is not getting any information in and out, I have tried by Register BlackBerry (menu: Settings - About - Network) but still not getting any response, but the funny thing is when I unplug my simcard and connect to a WiFi, my BBM is working fine. I tried my other simcard with different provider but still no luck. The only working solution is to unplug the simcard out from my Classic. I have tried several time resetting Classic by doing Security Wipe, but still no luck. All other apps are working fine when using simcard and no WiFi like WhatsApp, Browser, and emails. The only problem is BBM.

Any suggestion is welcome.

You need to reload your OS. Something is wrong with your install. Download the OS from the leaked OS forums (its not leaked anymore) and then run the autoloader. Link is above for you.

Hey Jaydee, I am having the issue where my BBM works however when I am typing nothing is showing up. but if I hit send the message does get sent with what I typed.

So basically in the bar nothing is visible. Will I need to do a wipe as well?

Thanks but it is still not working, do you have original OS? So I can download and try.
In my box it is shown as 10.3.1.1154.

At last, the problem is gone away without the need for us to do anything.
Logically the problem should lies on BlackBerry server or network.
