    After updating my software, all apps looked different. A few days after not receiving any message from any of my BBM contacts and any update on Twitter, I tried checking the apps only to find them missing. I tried to look for BB World to download the apps but it was also gone. I tried to look for the Browser to manually search and download, but I don't have it as well.
