    why my bb z10 is on 98% of security wipe after a long time. what should i do to get back my phone.help me....

    i wiped my bb z10, and it stoped at 98% and after 24 hours it is still on 98%. please help me out from this problem.

    I would try restoring the device using a PC and the Blackberry link software.
