    After two attempt to re-set my bb Q10 to factory setting unsuccessful, then it comes up with this error message ( bberror.com/bb10-0015)

    Reload software via BlackBerry Link.
    1. Connect your BlackBerry 10 via USB.
    2. Open BlackBerry Link.
    3. Go to preferences.
    4. Reload Software.


    Sometimes LINK will see the phone and reload the OS.... sometimes it won't. In that case you'll need to use an Autoloader to reinstall the OS http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...loader-927076/
