    I did not what's wrong of my BB Priv, when I got email, whatsapp or other apps message, without any splat alert pop-up on the screen.

    My brother bought a BB Priv at the same time but his phone is working properly.

    When you set up an account on hub, I think the heads up display notification os off by default. Go to the hub settings, the accounts and make sure the HUD notification is enabled. Also make sure in the settings that the hub has notification control.
