I go from 100% to 20% in two or three hours. I recently updated to and it was great until a few days ago when this started to happen. Do I need to reload the OS? Please help.

move up to a 10.3 OS. The 10.2 are terrible with battery life. Go to the leaked OS thread and find one for your phone.

What's your connectivity situation like? If you're in an area where there's very weak mobile network or wi-fi signal, the device will boost the antenna strength to try to compensate and that will drain the battery really fast. Also, since you just upgraded the OS, the device may be spending a lot off CPU re-syncing email/contacts/etc., which will also drain your battery fast. For the latter situation, things should settle down in a couple of days. If it's the former problem, the signal strength problem, then you might look into switching off the mobile networks and wi-fi to conserve battery life.

If you must have mobile, you might look into a cell booster for your home/office.
