    I have comcastbiz.net hosted exchange account with a registered domain (*@*.comcastbiz.net) that I am unable to successfully connect with my Q10 via activesync. I have the proper server settings and have successfully connected via an Ipad and an android phone. (I have since removed the Ipad from the account). I am running software Q10 The Ipad connected without issue. The android device required a lock screen password. The failure screen states "Your login information for account ... has changed or is incorrect. Update your login information and try again." I have no idea what is preventing the connection on the Blackberry. I truly appreciate your help!
