Have you replaced the battery lately? They usually last a little more than a year before they stop charging properly.

Make sure a USB connection to a computer or a BlackBerry wall or car charger is used to charge the BlackBerry smartphone.
Clean the contacts on your BB and battery with an eraser.
Try a second battery (shopCB).
