    Skype is not working on my data plan when I am outside the wifi zone ..why

    It might help if you left more information:

    1. Did it used to work on mobile data and now it doesn't?
    2. Did you upgrade the OS recently?
    3. Does your data plan allow Skype? (Come carriers prevent apps such as Skype from working over their network.)
    4. Is your mobile data speed fast enough for Skype?
