[CrackBerry Question]

When I use Voice Control on my Q10 and ask it to read the last e-mail message, I get a response that the last e-mail has already been read or responded to, even though I know there are new e-mails. This only happens with my work e-mail (on a Microsoft Exchange account). If I have new e-mails come through on my hotmail or gmail accounts it reads them just fine. I'm having the exact same problem with third-party e-mail reader apps too, it's like no apps recognize the Exchange account.
