    I have re-started my Q5 several times but it's not received any emails since 24 December, no call history and it's not pulling through calendar entries, what can I do? Someone mentioned deleting the mail profile and re-adding from fresh but I don't know how to do this.

    Deleting the email account and adding again is probably the only solution. Were you able to resolve this?
