Why isn't my BlackBerry 9900 turning on?

I have blackberry 9900 and my phone is suddenly stop working and i'm trying to turning on but it's cant...i'll try my best but it's off it's not turning on i remove battery and insert again i try so many things but it cant turning on please help me...

Remove battery and then connect charger, do you get a red light? After that while power to charger is still on, place battery back in phone see if anything happens.
