    Hey guys,

    Finally got my Passport yesterday in the mail! Great phone, only problem i have is... The Amazon App Store in not loading any apps. Tried any fix on the forums etc.

    - Downloading a new apk from the amazon site.
    - Login with another account.
    - Resetting the phone (hard reset).
    - Clearing app date with Ghost Commander.

    Did you go into App Manager/Installing Apps, and change the permissions for downloading apps from other than BB World?
    Switch to On......

    download the 1 mobile store, it's a lot better and it doesn't consume battery as the amazon

    I have similar problem with the amazon app store on both my Z10 phones one with os 10.2.1 and the other with 10.3.1.

    No more app store home available, used to work, no settings changed.

    did you try deleting it, restarting the phone and then reinstalling?

    Hey guys, thanks for the comments. I tried all the above things but still the amazon app store is not showing any apps. Deleting te app store is not an option because it is integrated with the OS.

    This is the error message i keep getting by the way...

    I had almost the same issue with my new Passport. I had to use BlackBerry Link to reset the phone to factory default and setup everything manually. Sucked, but it worked.

    Clicked & Flicked from my beastly white BlackBerry Passport OS 10.3.0.1418

    On my z10 with os 10.3.1 you can't install it, since the version on 10.3.1 is the latest and on top of that impossible to delete.

    On my z10 I used autoloader 10.3.1 , so it is a clean setup, no restore from backup.
