    After set up there is a tutorial that has to be completed to continue. However the touch enabled keyboard is not working and therefore I cannot get by this screen to use the phone. Is there a way of bypassing the tutorial? And is there a way of enabling the touch feature of this keyboard?

    If I got what you are saying. I am assuming you are using a passport and are unable to bypass the tutorial?

    First you don't swipe up on the keyboard. Secondly I had issues even doing it on the screen it was just unresponsive. You have to swipe right from the middle and do it in a quick motion.
