    Hello
    Even when I push the help button in a App or the BlackBerry help itself, I get a white screen with a blue ribbon on top.
    No further information.
    After a minute help is closing and the screen comes back to the Apps again.
    It's not possible to reinstall the help.
    What did I wrong?
    I'm a absolute newbie with BlackBerry and Q10.
