    Im using Blackberry Z3. But since the very beginning, I cannot use Viber on my Z3 mobile using Mobile Data. To use Viber, i always need to stick to WiFi.

    Of late, my Z3 has been upgraded to 10.3.1. but facing the same problem as before. I also cannot use Hike and other few apps with mobile data.

    Please suggest me how to get over this problem.

    Your comments on this is highly appreciated.

    Call your carrier and check if your data plan comes with data.

    Ask em the exact same question!!!
