    My co- flatmate are connected to the same wifi connection but only me cannot access viber, to access I have to use my mobile data instead.

    I am using samsung note 3.

    What is the problem?

    The problem is that you are not asking in the right forum.

    forums.androidcentral.com is where you would want to ask about a Galaxy Note 3.
