    I'm from India and my network provider is BSNL.
    I didn't received the update yet.
    Most my friends had the update and they are using it.
    Actually i used a leak earlier but later i rolled back to 10.2(in the month of November)....soon after installing 10.2 i received some updates.
    But now i didn't received the 10.3 update still. sooo anybody there to help me?
