Uninstall all the previous WhatsApp stuff you have on your Q5 reboot your phone and then do this: Download WhatsApp from WhatsApp for Android.
Install app, tap OUTSIDE the box when warned about Google Play Services.

Run WhatsFixer patch from BlackBerry World:

You will need an SD card for this to work.

PS. Snap no longer works with 10.3.3. so you may as well uninstall that also.

I managed to do this ok on my old q5 and q10 by just asking Google for the APK what's app for BlackBerry. it worked on both devices without any need for side load. You are trying the APK version right ?
