    hello, i bought a blackeberry z10 a month ago, the battery drained while on safari came back charged and it did not start up, hanged on the blue ,logo, took it to my dealer who chaned the software from 10.2.1 to 10.3.00,since then i lost all original applications, inclusive calender, calculator, i mean all apps that the phone come with pleeeese help

    Ur dealer,is he BlackBerry dealer?
    Btw a simple battery pull would have solved the problem
