my z10 is hang after use it 10 to 15 min. when i open the lock and use my phone up to 10 mins the vertical lines are see on screen mobile is hang and then lights is off. after some time it is automatically ready to use. and this problem is comes again and again . please give some solution for it.

yes..i reload 3 times my os...i have 10.2.3062
How old is it? Try a new battery?
I had the same problem it was the battery. Also try draining it then recharge it right to 100%. It will help reset it.
