I have a phone BlackBerry Z10 you make update via Autoloaded and all steps correctly and then the phone did not work and not connected by computer via usb cabel after press the power button for ten seconds and then preferably directly and only phone gives a red light only ...local maintenance office told me that the phone dead and your phone loss Boot or IME .. idknow any thing about it please help me on that
God damned! I had almost the same trouble as yours.
My Z10 (100-3) was updated via OTA to OS 10.3.2558(?could not recall clearly), and it runs well for quite a few days. Yesterday trying to restart as reaction becomes slow, and it's not booting anymore.:crying:
With blackscreen, and red LED on for approx. 2 minutes then off.
Could not get connected via BB Link reload, as well as the autoloader.:cant-watch:
Somebody who has solved this kinds of issue, please kindly help me out.
