Why has my Z10 to Outlook sync stopped working?

I have 2 way sync between my Z10 and Outlook.

Was working fine for a while.

All of the sudden, changes flow fine FROM Outlook to the Z10...

But - if I make changes on my Z10 they do not get reflected into Outlook.

I wiped out my phone and started over, reinstalled Link, but can't seem to make it work.

Any ideas?
