I have a Z10 Blackberry and the screen has frozen and i'm unable to turn it on or off and it has a built in battery so i can't take that out. Please can you help? It's currently charging as I'm not sure what else to do.

The Z10 has a removable battery. Remove the back cover then remove the battery. Or, hold down the power button until the device shuts down and reboot.

Try a long press on the power button. Hold it for about 20 seconds until the red LED flashes. The Z10 should then reboot.

If that fails then remove the back cover off the z10 as suggested and pull the battery.

Mine was like this for awhile.

Decided to Let it Go and all was good.
