I am using sachesi to get the latest OS 10.3.1.2267 from OS 10.2.1.3442 by choosing the Rogers carrier. Downloading was fine and smooth. However, when it started installing a file called "android-10.3.1.191-nto+a", which is the 7th file in whole 206 update files, the installation stopped at 75%.
