    I changed the screen on my daughters Z10 because she cracked it but touch screen is not working, can somebody please help me resolve this. I've tried turning it on and off and taking battery out , but still the same.

    Did you follow a you tube video or something? Because it sounds like you didn't connect a ribbon cable or something.

    Hi I did follow a you tube video but have checked the ribbons loads of time. My daughter said that the touch screen stopped working when the screen cracked.
