Why has my Blackberry Z10 gotten stuck on the ''BlackBerry'' screen once I turn it on?

I have a blackberry Z10 that is stuck on ''blackberry'' screen once you turn it on. It doesnt get to the loading stage. I have tried to reload the OS via BBlink, Internet Explorer and Autoloader but still no progress. Anybody have an idea of what is wrong with it? or what i can do to fix it.
