    Have tried to fully charge the battery, reset the device, all....no way to get it back to operativity.

    Try a hard reset. Hold both volume up and down buttons until the the phone restarts. If that doesn't work, then you could try reloading your OS. You could also return the phone because this shouldn't happen!
