    i was browsing on my phone and it just froze for 2days now,what could be the problem i dont really understand and wen i connect it to the computer it just load and get stuck after bringing the home screen.what should i do?

    I find it hard to believe that you would not have pulled the battery within that 2 days to restart your phone.
