    Hi,
    Had Amazon Appstore App on my Z10 prior to update to 10.3 Now it will not open. Tells me that it is initialising but then very quickly returns to start screen. Have tried to delete and reinstall app but as it is now part of 10.3 it will not delete.

    Could I reinstall 10.3 to overcome the problem and if so, how do I do that?

    Can anyone help, please? Thanks.

    It's a known issue. Easy to remedy.

    Go to Device Monitor then Storage then Appstore. Clear data. It will ask you to confirm. Confirm. Back out. Tap Appstore icon. You will have to login. Once you login, all your data will repopulate.
