Which OS version are you using?
How did you update the runtime?

i have software release 10.3.2.2836 & os version 10.3.2.2876
i updated runtime but not work .
I see that you have a prior post regarding this issue....
First "hard reboot" the Q10 by holding the power button down for 20-30 seconds. The red LED will flash and continue to hold button until the BlackBerry boot logo reappears. Than follow the directions provided to you previously by DaFoxGrey and reinstall the runtime fix.
You may need to go into the android apk folders located in File Manager and manually delete the associated apk after the runtime fix is installed.
And try to stick to your original post...help will be more efficiently provided.

i didnt show apk folder on my device
how can i find it ????
Go to File Manager....Miscellaneous folder....Android folder....search through the subfolders for any associated apk which you wish to remove.
You can also use the Ghost Commander app to access your subfolders but the native File manager is sufficient.

where the apk folder ????
Open the Miscellaneous folder (Misc) ...and while you are there also go through your Downloads folder.

Umm... you can't uninstall an installed android app just by going through the android folder and deleting stuff. They are buried in a hidden system folder that is not directly accessible - either through the BB File Manager or the Ghost Commander folder structure. You can see more folders in Ghost Commander, but you might notice there are some folders that it just won't open.
Once you have the right runtime properly installed, and phone rebooted, you should be able to uninstall any android app from the list of apps on Ghost Commander. No need to go digging through any folders.

Thanks for the clarification and my apologies to OP for the confusion ...I was mistakenly referring to some personal issues I had with patched apks I had stored away.
