Any emails that I send on my Passport or reply to are never on my hotmail/msn account in the sent files folder. Only the deleted files. I do delete them from the Hub but then when I check my hotmail/msn account online they are in the deleted folder. This never happened on my iphones>
I think you need to enable ksyncing of that folder. I had the same problem until I adjusted that setting. In the hub, select just that email account. Touch the blue line with the account name at the top. This will show the folders under this account. Choose the sent count. Press the 3 dots on the lower right of the screen and select 'enable folder sync'.
