    I have a Z30 - on some of my bbm contacts, their profile pictures won't update, I have tried deleting them and re-inviting, and the picture is updated, but then stays stuck? Is it a problem with my phone? They say that my picture changes on their phone.

    So you have them linked to contact profiles on your device? Are their pictures being overriden by a Facebook connection perhaps?
