    After updating my z10 my phone doesnot ring or vibrate, and i m unable to connect it with blackberry link...plz help!!

    Did you check that you don't have the silent profile on?

    Also, go into the notification profile, and the into the app section and check each app (like phone and emails) to see if the options are on.
