Can anyone please help.. I updated my OS last night and the default music app and photo app are just gone!!!!! and i checked everywhereeeee before and after restoring the backup i did before wiping and upgrading and theres nothingg!!!!

If the upgrade with the official or leaked os? You may try to roll over with the blackberry link with the official OS.

You must've got those dev OS which are stripped down versions of a normal OS. Reload your OS via BlackBerry Link.

this is why I am not using a leaked OS and waiting for the Official Release from Blackberry

when i try to reload with blackberry link it says that there's no software update availabe :( what to do??? please help
Don't click "update". You want to reload the software so click that..
Another tip, don't screw around with leaked OS if you don't know what you're doing, you might screw up your phone.

i did click on reload and that was the messege that i got "no software update availabe", and i did what i did because i had the error bb10-0015 and the reloading was not working!
as for now. what can i do to fix the problem ?
