    Hey guys! I've a problem with my BlackBerry Q10, since I updated my SO software, my BlackBerry cannot play videos anymore.
    Every time I try to open a video it gives me an error "The file cannot be played due to an unexpected error (10)".
    Even the videos recorded by the phone camera itself.

    I tried wiping the phone, restarting it and I tried formating my media card. Nothing worked.

    I need help, please!!

    Well if you have already wiped your device and it didn't fix it, then I would suggest reloading your OS using BlackBerry link, just in case the OS update didn't apply properly.
    Before you do though, if you haven't already since the update, shoot a few seconds of video using the camera and see if it can be viewed.
