    I have a new Blackberry Classic. I listen to audio books on my Audible app and the center button between volume up and volume down had always muted the app if someone approached me or I just wanted to pause the book. Lately it doesn't work anymore and I can't figure out why. Can anyone help?

    I would like to add that the mute (middle) button works with music, just not with my Audible app. Is there a reason for this?
