Blackberry support did not recognize I bought my Passport from Amazon
I recently bought my new Passport, and activated it on at&t. Having a problem where the audible notifications stop all of a sudden, and only a restart of the phone corrects it. I tried to contact BB online support to report the problem, and after filling out the form specifically for phones bought from Amazon, the site refused to submit by issue, as it claimed they had no record of my phone being bought from Amazon. I had been a long time BB user, and had gone to an Android, and now back to Passport, but the pathetic BB support is not making me happy. Like the phone (except for this Audible issue, which Amazon says will replace the phone), but was hoping for better support from BB.
