Might be an OS issue. I've never seen that before, but I have heard others talk about it. Try a software update to see if that fixes it

I'm running Z10STL100-3/10.3.1.1151 at the moment and it's pretty close to 100%. Definitely stable
But I'd just go with 10.3.1.1154. If it gives you any trouble you can always downgrade

93%. Sometimes 89%. Most of the time 90%

While the phone is plugged in and it stopped at a certain percentage, restart the phone by holding both of the volume keys.
Report back if the fixes the problem.

Successfull 100% thru pc. But once I charged it again thru socket stucked at 91%.

Yes sir. Never used chargers other than what's inside the box
