The phone will sync with the Traveler server and all the email is on the phone. Then, the mail box and all the folders will be there but the messages will be gone. Have to re-sync and then the mail is there again.
Any ideas why this is happening?

is traveler a type of email service? if so what kind (imap, activesync, etc)
Traveller is Lotus I believe. Not that I know anything more than that though. I would advise to speak with your tech support.
