I just got brand new Blackberry Q10. Everything works fine, except the fact that device wipes all of the data after restarting (switching off, pulling out the battery, dismantled battery).
All apps, email accounts, messages, contacts, media files are deleted. All setting are reseted to factiry settings.
I upgrades OS from 10.3.0.1418 to 10.3.1.2744 but it didn't solve the problem.
Any clues/advices?
Is it a hardware defect?
