    I got an issue with my Z10 STL100-1. it is working fine but don't show the accurate percentage of battery. it shows 0% battery life all the time. i've tried to reload the software thrice but it is still showing 0%.what should I do?

    Let it run down until it turns off, remove the battery for five minutes (I recommend cleaning the connecting points between the phone and the battery), and then put it back in and charge it all the way up.

    If that doesn't fix it, it must be defective, and you might need to buy a new battery.
