    and it is not starting it shows blackberry all the time and i tried using link but it just starts without touching the power button pls help

    i have the same problem and i cannot use it because it says blackberry and i want to use the link but i can not because it is starting from off

    My Z10 softbricked again trying to install 10.2.1.1055... Tried all suggestions again and nothing works, any other suggestion. Remember that the Z10 just flashes the red led, and my pc doesnt recognize it anymore... Please a solution!!!

    Once on 10.3.2, you can't go back to anything older. Same for 10.3.3.

    Use the 10.3.3.2205 autoloader.
