    The rear camera on my Classic, when activated, shows a black screen for about 15 seconds before saying "Flash Mode Change Failed." I have tried playing with different settings on the camera, but keep getting the same message. Hardware or software problem? Anyone ever experience this?

    Try rebooting the device.

    If a reboot doesn't solve it reload the OS and if that fails your likely looking at hardware. Hopefully you're still within warranty and can get it repaired or replaced.
