    I've had my Q5 for a year now and since 3 days ago it's been shutting down at odd times, and then when I try turning it on again it shows a red empty battery. Plug it to a charger and it shows a bright green light. Remove charger it boots and on the home screen it shows battery at 100%. Use it again for a couple of minutes and it shuts off again despite it showing I have a good amount of battery life left. What is going on and what should I do?

    Hello and welcome to CB. I would try a different battery.
