    This happens when navigation to new pages.
    Presents with blank screen.
    Cannot "go back" cannot access email.

    The playbook is no longer a supported device, so you won't get any updates to the OS or browser. BUT that said, I have no heard of everyone else having this issue, so it must be unique to your installation. I would suggest you try a factory reset on the device.
