    Because the browser is starting to fall to pieces due to age and lack of updates and they're likely using something the browser can't render properly.

    He's talking about the browser on your Passport. It is ancient by mobile standards and lacks the ability to properly render more and more websites.

    Note: your only option is to download and install a newer android browser. For the Passport, I would recommend YuBrowser. Look for it here: https://apkpure.co/%e7%be%bd%c2%b7%e...9%bf%e5%91%8a/

    I use it on my Passport when needed for websites such as yours.
