    Hi Guys,

I'm trying to update my os to 10.3.1 from 10.2.1 and the update gets stuck at 97% saying the software update interrupted. Any idea how to fix it?

Update with the Blackberry link follow the following steps:

    Tip:
Do not connect your laptop or system through wifi, plugin the internet cable directly to the system

    1. Connect your device to the system and let BB link detect
    2. Click the Software Updates On the Side bar
    3. It will show the updates available i.e 10.3.1
    4. Click on install
    5. The Blackberry link will ask to install a component, click Yes
    6. The screen will show to disconnect the device
    7. Disconnect the device (don't hurry, it will take a while to install the component)
    8. System will ask to reboot, reboot the system (Computer)
    9. Again connect the device follow the steps 1-4
    10. It took almost 1 hr to complete the process, do not hurry.

I updated yesterday, it looks awesome...yet to look into all the functionality...

Thanks Blackberry for such an wonderful update...now the UI looks professional...

I tried your method. No luck. I get an error message saying "Software update Encountered an error. An error occurred while downloading the software for your device. Please verify your internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists."

I'm sure that its not my internet. I SERIOUSLY WANT TO GET THE 10.3 ASAP.

Back-up your data through Link and perform a security wipe. Proceed with the upgrade and then do an apps restore.

Personally I'm not a big fan of 10.3. I'm wondering how to go back to 10.2.

Which OS are you trying to load?

Was the update " pushed " to you OTA?

Are you trying OTA or with BBLINK or with an autoloader?
