Battery is fully charged. The device automatically switches off after a couple of minutes i've turned it on. it doesn't automatically reboot. I have to switch it on again every few minutes. Please help.

Does it turn off while you're using it? If so, does it instantly shut off, or does it go through the shutdown process? Are you using a case?

OP said his phone does not come back on without having to hit the power button. This is inconsistent with a loose connection.

But it's certainly worth trying. This has solved many battery problems.
