    Nothing specific to your device but the articles mentioned that if an OS reload fails to resolve the issue then you would need to contact your carrier for repair or replacement depending on warranty coverage.

    I've had the same exact problem. I had to reload the software again. Problem is, that problem WILL HAPPEN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Your best bet is to return the phone to blackberry for an exchange. TRUST ME it will happen again when you reload the software. Once you plug the phone into Blackberry desktop manager it will tell you the OS is damaged and would you like to repair it. That's when you select YES and it will repair and restore the OS. Once again it will crash again though.
